Ok, so we are six months away from the dates we have set for the reunion. We have not decided on any locations for our events.

We have a plan on now on the events after some conversations on the live chat with some committee members. We are getting these ideas typed up so that we can share this with everyone.

We are in the process pf setting up a paypal account for the web site to sell shirts and tickets to our events.

What we need is people to call all around Fort Smith to all of the possible places we could hold our events( Friday night get together and Saturday night diner/dance) We need to check to see if our dates are open, prices on the room and food. I know we have done some of this is the past but we need to do it again and this time we will put it all in a post to the committee so we can make a choice.

We will then have to decide how to get our deposits since we have no money at all.

If you can help make these calls please let us know ASAP.

We have to move on this now or we are going to miss out and not have a location a the reunion will fall apart.
